Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and secure the shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
